Should I rekey or change my locks?
Rekey if your existing locks are good quality and you just need to invalidate old keys (after move-in, lost keys, family change). Change locks if the hardware is damaged, low-grade, or you want to upgrade security. We'll tell you straight which is right — no upselling.
Do you carry smart lock brands like August, Yale, Schlage Encode?
Yes — and if you've already bought a specific model, we install yours. We carry common smart locks in-truck, but for less common brands we'll confirm availability before dispatching.
How fast can you come out?
Same day for most calls in our Delaware Valley footprint (Philadelphia, South Jersey, Wilmington DE) and Houston. For non-emergency planned work (security upgrades, smart lock installs), we'll schedule a window that works for you.
