Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our property file?

Yes. We provide COIs on request before any work starts, and we can list your management company or owner as an additional insured. Our liability coverage and bonding are available for review.

Do you offer Net 30 or account-based billing?

Yes. After a brief credit review, we set up Net 30 with a single monthly invoice that summarizes all jobs across your portfolio. Larger accounts can request custom invoicing schedules.

How quickly can you respond for an active account?

Same-day for active accounts in our Delaware Valley footprint (Philadelphia, South Jersey, Wilmington DE) and our Houston market. Response SLAs are documented in your service agreement.

Do you handle master key system design from scratch?

Yes. We design master key hierarchies for multi-tenant buildings, including grand-master / master / sub-master tiers, key control, and pinning charts. Documentation provided for your facilities team.

Can you replace existing access control with new hardware?

Yes. We assess existing infrastructure (locks, readers, controllers) and recommend upgrades or full replacements. We don't push hardware you don't need.

What's the minimum portfolio size for a contract?

We work with single-property owners up to large management companies. Volume pricing kicks in around 10+ properties, but we'll quote any size based on your actual job mix.
